While specializing in the residential area of real estate I have had abundant experience in selling new homes as well as existing homes. After relocating to the Nashville area from Kentucky in 1985 I was concerned that I was not in a position to offer the same level of service and expertise that I was able to offer in Kentucky. Reason being that as a new transferee myself, I felt that I could not adequately advise buyers and sellers in a market unfamiliar to me. At that time real estate was booming in Nashville. I chose instead to work hand in hand with a certified Society of Real Estate Appraisers. During the 18 months that I worked beside Steve Harper I gathered a wealth of knowledge not only about Nashville but surrounding towns as well. What I did not accumulate in money I more than made up for in the knowledge I gained. Feeling confident that I was able to offer top-notch service to buyers and sellers I once again became active in the sales area of real estate.
