Should we hold an OPEN HOUSE?

Open Houses can, and often do, get a property SOLD.  Your experienced, professional Fridrich & Clark Realtor will give you excellent advice as to whether an Open House will help sell your particular home.  Your Realtor will also know how to make your Open House as effective as possible -- we believe that there are some things you and your Realtor can do to make your Open House SHINE and be SPECIAL.  Be sure to ask your Relator what he or she will do to differentiate your home if you've agreed to market your home with an Open House.

We all know that buyers are more and more frequently spending their house-hunting time online.  That's why promoting your Open House where buyers are lurking -- on the WEB -- is so effective.  Fridrich & Clark Open Houses are always advertised on our own webiste, on realtracs.com (the Middle Tennessee Multiple Listing Service) and on a wide range of frequently searched websites, including Trulia, Zillow, Daily Classifieds, Craigs List, and Google.

Sellers should not be at home during an Open House, and should make arrangements for pets to be "away" as well.  However, it's great if your Realtor can easily reach you by phone during the Open House in case a serious buyer has an unusual question about details of your home.
