Greater Nashville Homes Sales Remain Up

Greater Nashville Home sales have increased for the fifth consecutive month according to the recent report released by the Greater Nashville Assocation of Realtors.
There were 1,592 home closings reported for the month of November, which is up 20 percent from the same period last year.
This upward trend is encourgaing and with the continued low interest rates, now could be the perfect time for you to buy or sell a home.
