HISTORY
For over 40 years, Fridrich & Clark Realty has provided quality real estate services to the Nashville community.
Since our founding in 1966, we have grown from a one-office, six-agent firm to a 150 agent firm with a powerful impact on the Middle Tennessee real estate market. Buyers and sellers reap the rewards of long-time, in-depth experience and professionalism with a decidedly local flair.

EIGHT of our agents were ranked in the top 25 in the individual agent rankings by net sales.

We traditionally have more recipients of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) Awards of Excellence than any other area real estate firm – for 2008, there were 105 Awards given, 23 of those were for Fridrich & Clark agents.
